Maharashtra, 10 June 2026: Romanov Vodka has expanded its flavoured vodka portfolio with the launch of Romanov Jazzy Jamun Mint Vodka in Maharashtra, introducing a blend of jamun and mint aimed at consumers seeking more adventurous flavour experiences.

The launch marks another step in Romanov’s strategy of tapping into locally inspired flavours while keeping pace with evolving drinking preferences. The combination of the sweet-tart notes of jamun and the cooling finish of mint is designed to appeal to younger consumers looking for flavour-forward vodka options.

Speaking on the launch, Sumit Tiwari, General Manager – Marketing, Inbrew Beverages, said, “Romanov has led the Vodka category for decades in Maharashtra connecting strongly with consumers through innovation in flavours that are bold, youthful, and culturally resonant. With Jamun Mint, we are introducing a distinctive flavour combination that blends familiarity with freshness, creating a contemporary drinking experience for today’s consumers.”

The move also comes at a time when jamun is emerging as a popular flavour choice in India’s vodka market. While Romanov has now entered the segment with a mint-led variation, the category already features established offerings such as Smirnoff Jamun, which helped bring the indigenous fruit flavour into the mainstream vodka conversation.

By introducing a differentiated take on the flavour profile, Romanov appears to be positioning itself within an increasingly competitive flavoured vodka space, where regional tastes and local ingredients are gaining prominence.

Romanov Jazzy Jamun Mint Vodka is now available across Maharashtra in 750ml, 375ml, 180ml, and 90ml packs.

As more brands experiment with Indian fruit flavours and culturally rooted taste profiles, the jamun vodka segment is shaping up to be one worth watching. Whether Romanov’s mint-infused twist can challenge the popularity of existing players like Smirnoff remains to be seen, but it certainly adds fresh momentum to the category.
